The design challenge was to design and create an editorial magazine article of an social injustice of choice. This challenge included the writing of the editorial, the page layout and the imagery that would tie into the story in a metaphorical way. I had chosen the banning of Drag Queen readings to children because of the strong research structure and the room for creativity. For the imagery I had chosen to combine a lipstick tube with a crayon to interlock what children and drag queens have in common which is creativity.
